Reliability Begins at Your Door

There really isn't a lot to choose from in Kitsap in terms of garage door service providers. I reached out to Orca, and the other large provider in the area. They were virtually the same price but what really made Orca stand out was their customer service. They replied quicker, they seemed to appreciate my business more, they followed up with me after our first conversation, and they worked with me all the way through the install date. I'm an engineer by trade so I was probably a lot more nitpicky than other customers but they answered all of my concerns and came out on a Sunday to change something I didn't quite like. This is exactly what I love to see from a small business. They are truly dedicated to customer satisfaction and I really admire that about them. I would definitely recommend Orca to anyone who needs garage work done. I love my new doors!

Rick and Selvan are phenomenal. They diagnosed the issue over the phone after I sent photos and arrived the next day with everything they needed to install a new garage door opener and replace two broken springs.
