There really isn't a lot to choose from in Kitsap in terms of garage door service providers. I reached out to Orca, and the other large provider in the area. They were virtually the same price but what really made Orca stand out was their customer service. They replied quicker, they seemed to appreciate my business more, they followed up with me after our first conversation, and they worked with me all the way through the install date. I'm an engineer by trade so I was probably a lot more nitpicky than other customers but they answered all of my concerns and came out on a Sunday to change something I didn't quite like. This is exactly what I love to see from a small business. They are truly dedicated to customer satisfaction and I really admire that about them. I would definitely recommend Orca to anyone who needs garage work done. I love my new doors!
Rick and Selvan are phenomenal. They diagnosed the issue over the phone after I sent photos and arrived the next day with everything they needed to install a new garage door opener and replace two broken springs. One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Orca Garage Doors is THE BEST!
My garage door was very old and needed replacement. So I called Orca Garage doors. Rick and his crew was there the next day and with in 2 days my door was replaced and it's working very well. I didn't have to wait for weeks, I am really proud of this team they are so dedicated and punctual. There price is also very reasonable compared to the market price. I had an amazing experience with Orca Garage Door Crew! My garage door had been making strange noises for a few days and then suddenly stopped working altogether. I called them, and they were able to send someone over the very next day. They quickly diagnosed the issue. They explained everything in detail and gave me an honest quote before starting the repair. Within a couple of hours, the door was back in working order, and it was running smoother than ever! They were super friendly, professional. I’m so grateful for their quick and efficient service. I had a great experience using Orca Garage doors. They were quick to provide an on site estimate, which was better than other companies. Once I hired them they were on top of it, installing the door professionally. They were all exceptionally nice and the owner even called me a day or so after the installation to make certain everything was going well. Excellent customer service! If I had more garages, I’d be hiring them for sure!
Today, Orca replaced the 2 springs on my garage door. I had called around on Saturday for estimates, and later in the day, Rick Wallace, who took my call earlier, called back to see if I had made a decision. Based on reviews and how personable he was, I chose Orca. He and Selvan both showed up to do the work. I was with them for the whole job, and they worked well together and were both interesting to talk with. They were methodical, explained what needed to be done, and completed the work quickly. They answered questions and made some suggestions regarding settings on my garage door opener. Early in the evening, Rick called back as a follow-up and answered a couple more questions. Before, during, and after, I felt that Orca knew what they were doing and took customer service seriously. I won't hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
Excellent work by a very skilled crew. Rick was prompt to get this work completed, (called them on Monday, installed on Wednesday). I HIGHLY recommend Orca for any garage door issue you may have.
Rick and his team are amazing. We had a garage door spring break the other night, and they were here 2 days later (non emergency). An hour later we have a working garage door again! Reasonably priced! We highly recommend Orca Garage Doors.

These guys gave me great service! I have an older house with an old style garage door mechanism that is no longer used to install roll-up doors. They were very helpful in explaining everything about what they were doing and how my old door works. Also, much more reasonably priced than any of the competition. They will be the first ones I call next time I need any garage door work done.
They were quick to answer and give a quote. They communicated schedule and let me pick a time that worked for me. And most importantly they did great work and were extremely nice throughout the whole job.
Great service. They installed a Marantec garage door opener for us. It is very quiet compared to our old garage door opener.

In the new reality of our times, it is quite challenging to find a contractor that will follow through on their promises. Orca Garage Doors mistakenly quoted me a price for a 16 x7 door when I asked for a 16 x 9 door. When they realized their mistake, they acknowledged that it was their mistake, which amounted to appox $600. And said they would honor their quote. Within 3 weeks, they delivered the door and installed it. They were professional and polite. They had to return as the door did not come with a locking mechanism. They said they would throw one in but didn't have one on the truck. 4 days later, they were back and installed the lock. They showed up when they said they would, and I've come to appreciate this kind of service rather than expect. If you need garage door service, you would do well to call Orca Garage Door

We called Orca on a Sunday and they were at our place first thing Monday morning. They had the parts we needed and had our garage door working in no time! They were respectful of our home and time. They are very professional with the service, and the price is reusable compared to other garage door companies in the area. I needed a new garage door they got the job done in a few hours and offered a warrant for their work.

My garage door spring broke this morning. I called this company about 11am. They told me that they would be here about 1 or 2pm. They arrived shortly after 12 noon. They replaced the spring in about a half hour. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. My garage door works again. 😄
Of course our garage door springs broke right before Christmas Eve! We were stuck with both cars inside. Rick answered the phone - despite being closed for the holidays! They were able to come out on the 27th and had the door fixed in record time! Very pleasant to work with and SO appreciate their fast response! Thank you!!
Selvan and Rick were absolutely the best to work with. They showed up when they said they would, they provided input and the hi tech capability to operate the doors on an app makes it smooth and easy.
